The Children Heart Disease & Research Foundation is a registered Canadian charitable organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by congenital heart diseases and related illnesses, particularly in Pakistan. Our mission is to fund children’s cardiac care, advance public education about congenital heart disease, and build lasting local capacity to treat it.
CHDRF raises funds that pay for medical services, financial support, and educational awareness to patients living with congenital heart diseases. In addition, we fund the training of healthcare professionals in Pakistan to enhance their capacity and expertise to treat these complex conditions.
We also engage in activities that are ancillary and incidental to achieving our charitable objectives, ensuring that every initiative contributes to long-term improvements in children’s cardiac health outcomes.
CHDRF is incorporated in Canada and operates in full compliance with Canadian legislation governing charitable organizations. The Foundation maintains and manages dedicated funds to support qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada). All donations are managed with the highest standards of care, transparency, and accountability.
